FOR HONG KONG LAND

 

PAA was approached by Hong Kong interior design firm Diane Nittke Interiors to act as their China liaison officers and advisors ‘on the ground’ to project manage this special project for Hong Kong Land.

Comprising a clubhouse in at the historic site of the Mansion of Prince Lun in the iconic area of Beijing’s Wangfujing, adjacent to The Mandarin Oriental Hotel and HK Land’s flagship luxury shopping mall, WF Central, House 19 was developed by HK Land in the style of a traditional siheyuan, courtyard house. Specifically tailored as an event space for their luxury clients such as Gucci, Prada and Chanel, and the staging of exhibitions, PAA worked closely with Hong Kong Land’s team in Beijing and furniture and objet d’art suppliers all over China to bring to bear a bespoke project that represents both Chinese culture and international luxury.
